Samantha and Bradford’s wedding was at Springwater Lakes Estate in Oregon City. It’s such a stunning venue and there’s so much on offer on their beautiful property! There’s an amazing barn where the reception was held and the ceremony was in the grassy field near a pond. It’s perfect all year around, but especially for summer with the amazing outdoor locations!
I first met Samantha and Bradford when we met for their engagement shoot and we got along so well! I couldn’t wait for their wedding day after taking their engagement photos.
On their wedding day, they were able to include their dogs which was such a special and personal detail! The dogs were there as they were getting ready, walking down the aisle and even on the dance floor during the reception. It was so fun to take some cute photos of them! Another fun part of their wedding day was they went in the boat that the venue has, to take a ride around the pond. These were some of my favorite shots of the day!
On their wedding day, we started in the afternoon with each of them getting ready before Samantha and Bradford did their first look in front of the barn doors.
Before family photos, Samantha also did a first look with her dad which was so sweet.
Then after the ceremony, they made it official and signed their marriage license! We did lots of photos with the wedding party before their grand entrance into the reception and of course there was lots of dancing all through the night before ending with a bubble exit!
Throughout their wedding day, I captured photos that were so joyful, romantic and intimate. Each moment between Samantha and Bradford was so touching. With the gorgeous setting of the venue and the beautiful couple, it was easy to capture their day and love.
I loved shooting this wedding so much because not only is it one of my favorite venues, but the couple was so welcoming the whole day. They truly treated me like a friend and it was so fun being able to celebrate with them.
