Dominique and Evan had their wedding at a gorgeous venue at Gorge-ous Weddings in Stevenson Washington. It was hands down one of my favorite venues and top choice for my clients! The views and location and all of the surroundings were absolutely beautiful!

I hadn’t actually met Dominique and Evan before their wedding day. It was the wedding coordinator that referred them to me as I’d shot at Gorge-ous weddings before! I was so excited to go back to the venue and I loved working with the couple. 

There were so many special details throughout their whole day. For example the bride, groom and wedding party all played Flip Cup as they entered the reception. The bride and groom were being thrown up in a table cloth and carried through the crowd on chairs, there were a few other drinking games as well. It was such a fun atmosphere and everyone was there to party and have a good time! It was one of the best receptions I’ve ever been to!

The timeline for their wedding worked so well as we even had a bit of extra time before the ceremony started and the guests started to arrive. I was able to take some beautiful getting ready photos, we did the first look and some intimate couple portraits. We also took photos of the bridal party and family shots! Their timeline also allowed us to capture some sunset photos! The day was perfectly organized and so stress free!

I captured Dominique and Evan, and the rest of the guests having so much fun, being truly authentic and not caring about traditions! So many smiles, laughs and joy was captured in each of the photos and all of the wedding guests were having so much fun. 

I absolutely loved shooting this wedding, because it felt like me and Dominique and Evan were already best friends, they were so fun and easy to get along with. 

They were so trusting and allowed me to take the wedding coordinator’s car down to the river (even though I barely knew how to drive it!) so we could get some sunset portraits of them. They were just down for the adventure and to have a good time!
