Their wedding was at Springwater Lakes Estate in Oregon City. This was my first time photographing at this venue and I also have two more weddings booked at this venue for next year! It was such a beautiful location, there were so many opportunities for photos and it had such picturesque scenery for the guests.

I met Jamie and Brian last year when I shot their engagement photos and so it was exciting to meet them again and be there for their wedding day. They were so easygoing and amazing to work with!

Their wedding was so special. There was an amazing wedding party and it was such a fun and supportive community. They had an adventurous boat ride photo-op, a beer fairy, a sparkler exit and an epic dance party! Jamie and Brian made sure that their whole day felt true to them and made it to fit their personalities. For example, one unique touch was they had the drink menu being named after their three pups; Mister, Kirby and Obie!

The venue owners / coordinators were all super helpful and they did so much work on the day to ensure it went smoothly and was all organized. They ensured to stay in communication with me throughout the whole day, made sure I was taken care of and we were on track with the timeline. We went straight into couple portraits before moving onto the wedding party and family portraits before the ceremony!

Their photos (and the whole day) were all about fun, joy and romance. It was about capturing those little, intimate moments between just the two of them. The venue was also stunning and made for some beautiful backdrop for the photos with the trees, ponds and a barn. 

I absolutely loved shooting this wedding because everyone was in such a positive, happy mood and it was such an enjoyable atmosphere. All of the guests and the wedding party had so much fun and it was amazing to be able to capture the event and the super entertaining reception!
