There’s something so timeless and romantic about a winter wedding—especially one wrapped in the glow of the Christmas season. Christina and Willy’s wedding day, held on December 28th at St. Patrick’s Church, was the perfect blend of holiday warmth and heartfelt intimacy.

When I arrived that morning, Christina was getting her finishing touches done then she slipped into her gown. Willy was already at the church, greeting family members as they arrived, his excitement visible in every smile and handshake.

The couple chose to wait to see each other for the first time during the ceremony, which made their moment at the altar even more special. St. Patrick’s was still beautifully decorated for Christmas—wreaths hanging, poinsettias lining the wall, and twinkling lights glowing around tall Christmas trees. The setting couldn’t have been more perfect for their intimate Catholic ceremony.

After their “I do’s,” we took family portraits and a few romantic couple portraits at the altar, surrounded by the warm holiday decor. From there, everyone made their way to Willamette Valley Country Club for the reception. The Country Club embraced the season beautifully with lush greenery, deep red florals, and elegant amber glassware—creating a cozy, festive atmosphere that perfectly reflected Christina and Willy’s style.

Before dinner, we stepped outside for a few additional portraits near the golf course. The winter chill added just the right touch of magic—the soft overcast light and crisp breeze giving their photos that dreamy, cozy feel unique to the season.

As the evening continued, family and friends shared heartfelt toasts before sitting down to a delicious dinner. It was the perfect ending to a truly beautiful day.

Christina and Willy’s wedding was a reminder of how magical winter celebrations can be—full of love, warmth, and the quiet beauty that only this season can bring.
