For Rachel and Devin’s elopement we did an Oregon hike and it was so much fun! It was super special because they put their wedding attire back on and captured some extra photos of them as a married couple. They had the chance to have a last minute adventure and it was such a great time!

Rachel and Devin were so fun to work with! We met at the Rooted Retreat and they stepped in as last minute models for our group! They had got married recently and wanted to put back on their wedding clothes for a fun adventure with us!

It was so fun and unique to go on this adventure with them! And it was the first adventurous elopement session that I’d ever done so it was so special. They had their hiking backpacks, we crossed over a few logs and a long bridge and then we finished at the waterfall!

The whole adventure was a hike which was super fun! We stopped a couple of times along the way, at the waterfall across the bridge, a few different trees and trails along the way! It was a short timeline but perfect for the day and the couple. 

Throughout this adventure session I captured some romantic, adventurous photos that radiated joy! All the emotions from Rachel and Devin were shown through the photos. Rachel wasn’t scared to get her dress dirty and it was so fun, they really got out of their comfort zones!

I absolutely loved shooting this elopement because it was so fun but it was such an experience to explore all of the Oregon trails! I also got to collaborate with the couple and other photographers throughout the whole session! It really is a day I’ll never forget and Rachel and Devin were so fun to work with!
